What happens after I send the referral?
Once we receive the referral our scheduling team will contact your patient right away to get them scheduled at a facility to best accommodate their needs.
After your patient is scheduled our proprietary software (ePIC) will begin several automations.
- Send confirmation to all referring personnel, when and where the patient is scheduled
- Send a text to the patient with the details of their appointment
- Will also follow up with the patient 24 hours before their apt. to ensure they remember their appointment
