Upload Photo ID
- Go to the patient portal: precise.radflow360.com/patient-portal
- Enter your phone #
- Enter the code sent via text message to that number
- Select Upload Identification or Photo ID
- Allow permissions to use your camera
- Take a clear picture of your ID
- Crop if needed to remove background
- Select Save
- Done
